Absolutely shockingly bad at returning your money after event was canceled due to bad weather
Awful, cancelled the event and still not recieved a refund after being told in 2 separate occasions a refund has been issued. Feels like a scam, whereby the hope alot of people won’t follow up for a refund as its not a large amount. Its my money! Ive emailed many many times with no response. Terrible company
Awful company received and email saying I would get my refund in 4 business days and have heard nothing despite numerous emails now response to any and still no refund this is from an event cancelled on 23/12/2023 disgusting that they still haven’t returned money and looks like I’m not the only one
Cancelled the event and no refund issued.
Went last year 2023
The service was disgusting
In the dark, had 4 food places which were a hut or a caravan
Wanted to black tape my lights.
Small screen, wasn’t a great view after even 3 rows of cars back
I left after 10 mins wasn’t worth the money
Asked for the money back and still to this day haven’t heard back
Went Christmas 2023 at the AJ Bell Stadium to watch Home Alone screen couldn’t be erected due to weather. Movie was played on side of a building ….. obviously you couldn’t see it properly. We were promised a refund but never received the refund after countless emails. No response no refund. They even put an article in the MEN to say they had refunded everyone!!!!!
Do not book this event. We booked for 2023, it was cancelled due to the weather. Organisers failed to provide a refund and in the end I had to involve my bank.
