Situated on the River Avon, Bristol is a historic city and ceremonial county in England. With a young, diverse population many of them interested in drive in cinemas, Bristol is a great city and perfect for a drive in cinema.

Unlike many locations on this site, Bristol is quite a small but bustling city. It has existed in the UK since the 11th century. This has given it a number of stately homes and large areas perfect for an open air cinemas.

Although we primarily promote drive in cinemas, Bristol is more for open air cinemas. There are plenty of strong public transport links in the city, so often if you can grab a blanket and a picnic basket you should be able to go and see a film under the stars.
